The transmission and control system of the twisting machine is the core of the entire twisting equipment. Based on the research results of the current domestic and foreign twisting machine transmission and control technology, combined with the current development trend of electromechanical transmission and computer local bus technology, this paper designs a new type of twisting machine transmission and control system based on PCI bus. The transmission system adopts a mufti-motor transmission system with four motors. On the basis of the principle of high-fold twisting, the analysis method is used to analyze the motion of the mufti-motor transmission system of the new twister, establish a suitable mathematical model of the mufti-motor transmission system, and comprehensively use AC servo technology, frequency conversion speed control technology and PCI local Bus control technology and other advanced mechatronics technology combined with twisting process theory to design a reasonable control system, through the program control to achieve spindle rotation, bobbin winding and yarn guide reciprocating movement.
The software part of the control system adopts the Visual Basic high-level programming language to achieve modular design. According to the process requirements, input the yarn twist, twist direction, winding angle and main motor speed from the friendly man-machine interface, and call the PCI board through the main program. The dynamic link function library is calculated by the program, the parameters are converted into control signals, the motor and the actuator are driven to move, and the functions of twisting, winding, anti-overlap, anti-hard edge and twist conversion are completed, and the yarn with the specified twist is obtained. Accurately realize the twisting and winding process, and complete the on-line monitoring of yarn twisting and winding.
